In the 2022/23 ski season, Jasná will offer super fast transport to the top of Mt Chopok only within 11 minutes – thanks to the new A6 cable car operating between Biela púť and Priehyba, which will make it much easier for skiers to move around the resort. What’s more, the expansion of the snowmaking system in the northern part of the resort will increase the quality of skiing in Jasná in general. Whether you are with friends, family, skiing expert or beginner, Jasná ski centre offers activities and beautiful environment you will fall in love with. Jasná Nízke Tatry (Jasná Low Tatras) as the largest ski centre with excellent conditions for winter sports in Slovakia offers unlimited options of activities, fun and active relax. The state-of-the-art Funitel cable cars or 15-seat gondola lifts will transport you to the peak of Chopok. The ski centre offers more than 50 km of excellently prepared ski slopes of various difficulties, suitable for the beginners, families with kids, advance skiers but also for organizing world cups. Modern snowmaking system in the length of more than 36 km provides the snow guarantee for at least 5 months in a year. Wide ride lovers will have a good run for their money in many freeride zones and great DCsnow Park. Biela Púť locality offers evening skiing on the lighted ski slope. The duration of the winter season is usually from the beginning of December until the end of April. There are 20 cable cars and ski lifts in Chopok with the transport capacity of more than 31 959 persons per hour.
